We reserve tables of 4 people or more. The best time to text us: between Monday and Thursday, 10am to 2pm. Please make sure your reservation is confirmed!
A quick note about reserving tables over Easter: Normally we take time to respond to SMS requests for reservations when the restaurant slows down before dinner. Judging by the amount of you fantastic folks we fed yesterday, it might take some time to get back to you this week, but we'll do our best! If you don't hear back right away, it doesn't mean we're ignoring you, promise!
Halstenshov Farm has produced organic beef since 1994, feeding their Hereford cattle grass from the farm and pasturing at the highlands of Hedmarksvidda all summer. Animal welfare is their main focus. Cattle have access to large outdoor space all year and can during wintertime choose to stay inside, lying on a spacious area of soft bedded straw. Calves suckle and stay with their mothers from birth during their first months. The family farm has trained people aiming to give their cattle the best possible care at all times, giving superior quality organic beef.
